Firm on results and
Careful with relationships
Collecting a receivable means recovering money that is already yours. But how you recover it has consequences - on your reputation, on the business relationship, sometimes on your next contract with that same customer.
Our method was built over seventeen years of judicial practice in France: every file handled as if it were heading to court, every debtor contact logged and documented, every legal deadline met without exception. That discipline is not a stylistic choice. It protects your receivable against procedural challenge - and it protects your business relationships against the kind of collection methods that burn bridges.
Most of our accounts settle amicably - because we arrive prepared, not because we are lenient. For the ones that don't, the litigation file has been ready since day one.
Our process
Upon receipt of your placement, we open the file, verify the completeness of supporting documents, and conduct an initial solvency review of the debtor. You receive an opening confirmation with the file number and our preliminary strategic assessment. No account sits in a queue for more than 48 hours.
Formal demand letter, phone outreach, certified email follow-up. Every contact attempt is logged in our platform, Collecte, with a timestamp. We calibrate tone, channel, and frequency to the debtor's profile - a business facing temporary cash flow pressure is not handled the same way as a bad-faith debtor.
When the debtor is reachable but disputes the amount or requests additional time, we negotiate a written, binding payment agreement. No payment plan is finalized without your prior approval of the terms. Mediation is our first tool - not our last resort.
Once an agreement is signed, we track every installment without waiting for your instruction. If a payment is missed, we follow up immediately. Repeated default triggers automatic escalation to the next stage. You are notified at every step.
Funds collected by wire or card are remitted to your account the next business day following collection - automatically, without any request on your part. Exception: checks and ACH transfers are remitted at D+45 following clearing confirmation. No treasury hold, no artificial delay.
If the amicable route fails, we do not simply hand a file to a partner attorney. We deliver a complete evidentiary package: full contact history, documented settlement attempts, verified supporting documents. Our attorney network across Florida and the United States takes over without delay or reformatting of the file.
